Refunds are handled by Apple.

Billing disclosure

mug+ is an auto-renewable subscription.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

If you cancel, access continues until the end of the active paid period.

Current premium offer is yearly (with free trial if shown in-app).

FAQ

How do I save a word I like?

Tap the heart icon on a word. You can find liked words later from your Profile page.

How do I add a word to favorites?

Tap the bookmark/signet icon on a word. Favorites are stored in your Favorites list from the Profile page.

Can I remove a word from favorites?

Yes. Open Favorites and tap the filled bookmark/signet icon to remove it.

Why do exercises only use words I have seen?

mug uses exercises as review practice, so words join your exercise pool after they appear in your main feed.

What does “X words” mean in the exercise page?

It is the number of unique words you have seen in the main feed.

Can I see an old word again?

Yes. Liked and favorited words are easy to revisit from Profile, and seen words can return in exercises.

How does the Daily Exercise work?

The Daily Exercise changes once per day. It uses 10 words and gives premium users one normal box after completion.

Can free users do exercises?

Yes. Free users can play regular exercises and progress missions. The Daily Exercise box reward is premium.

How do notifications work?

If enabled, mug sends vocabulary reminders based on your chosen daily frequency. Notifications include a word, part of speech, and definition.

Can I change how many notifications I receive?

Yes. Open Profile and adjust your daily sip notification settings.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Notification permission may be disabled at iOS level. Check both the app settings and system settings.

How do widgets work?

Widgets can show a daily word or your shelf, depending on the widget you choose.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open Profile and tap Manage subscription, or go directly to Apple subscription settings.

Is my progress saved?

Yes. Seen words, likes, favorites, shelves, Mugidex progress, missions, and settings are saved locally on your device.
